Conditions of Use

What we all expect

The following rules are observed by all service users, staff, volunteers and visitors to ensure the quality of our services are maintained for everyone:

• We must all treat everyone with respect
  
• To disclose anyone’s personal information inside and outside The Positive Place is prohibited
  
• The use of physical or verbal abuse is strictly forbidden
  
• It will not be tolerated if people use abusive or harassing behavior
  
• Behavior which may compromise the safety and/or comfort of others is not allowed
  
• No one is allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs whilst attending The Postive Place
  
• Using illegal or non-prescription drugs at The Postive Place is banned
  
• No one is allowed to deal in prescribed or non-prescribed drugs
  
• Stealing or malicious damage will not be tolerated
  
• It is not permitted to smoke inside any venue
  

The Positive Place will take appropriate action with anyone failing meet these expectations

Statement of Confidentiality

Confidentiality is central to having a successful experience of The Positive Place. All people are required to always observe the highest levels of confidentiality. A full statement can be found on page 14 of the Positive Place handbook.
